Steve first appeared on television in RTÉ comedy series BACHELOR’S WALK.

Recent screen roles include Coffey in six-part period drama THE FRANKENSTEIN CHRONICLES starring Sean Bean for ITV Encore,  Albert Riley in TV mini-series INSPECTOR JURY directed Florian Kern for ZDF and Mr. Bedlam  in the third series of John Logan’s Gothic drama PENNY DREADFUL directed by Damon Thomas for Showtime.

Other TV credits include IFTA award-winning TV mini-series STARDUST (Merlin Films), LEGEND directed by Charlie McCarthy (Ice Box Films), FAIR CITY (RTÉ), THE NAKED GAELGOIR (TG4) and THE GUARDS (TV3). He worked alongside Jonathan Rhys Meyers in acclaimed costume drama THE TUDORS created by Michael Hirst for Showtime. His British screen work includes FOYLE’S WAR directed by Stuart Orme, FATHER & SON (dir. Brian Kirk) and ICE CREAM GIRLS written by Dorothy Koomson for ITV.

He was also seen in GEORGE GENTLY for the BBC and critically acclaimed hit fantasy series GAME OF THRONES created by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss for HBO. He appeared in RTÉ’s multi-award winning crime drama LOVE/HATE created by Stuart Carolan for Octagon Films and he also played a part in Victorian crime drama RIPPER STREET directed by Anthony Byrne  for Amazon Prime.
