Shashi has just wrapped on THE DECEIVED,  a new 4 x 1 hour psychological thriller directed by Chloe Thomas and written by Lisa McGee (Derry Girls) for New Pictures. The Deceived will air on Channel 5 UK and Virgin Media in 2020. He will soon appear in THE LAST RIGHT - In cinemas across Ireland from December 6th.

More recently, he played Freddie in Gangster drama DARKLANDS directed by Mark O’Connor for Parallel Films, televised on Virgin Media One.

Recent work includes Sally Rooney’s NORMAL PEOPLE directed by Lenny Abrahamson for Element Pictures and Scandinavian crime drama COLD COURAGE directed by Agneta Fagerström-Olsson for Luminoir Oy.

Further recent credits include US crime drama QUANTICO directed by Russell Lee Fine for ABC, Zoltan in METAL HEART directed by Hugh O’Conor for Treasure Entertainment, Jair in INTO THE BADLANDS created by Alfred Gough and Miles Miller for AMC, Mr. Gibbs in Daniel Brocklehurst’s riveting 3-part drama COME HOME directed by Andrea Harkin for the BBC and Chef Collins in ROYALLY EVER AFTER for Hallmark.

Other credits include six-part drama REDWATER directed by Jesper W. Nielson for the BBC, THE FALL (Series 3) created by Alan Cubitt (BBC), THE SECRET directed by Nick Murphy (ITV), THE FLAG directed by Declan Recks (Treasure Entertainment) and BAD DAY FOR THE CUT directed by Chris Baugh with Six Mile Hill Productions.
