James will soon appear as Lionel Fitzhugh in Penelope Fitzgerald’s THE BOOKSHOP directed by Isabel Coixet for Zypher Films.

Recent screen credits include the role of Ansgar in History’s action adventure series VIKINGS directed by Ken Girotti for World 2000/Take 5. James was also seen in acclaimed Police drama LINE OF DUTY directed by Michael Keillor for the BBC.

Gate theatre appearances include Arthur in THE HEIRESS directed by David Grindley, Larry in THE LAST SUMMER directed by Toby Frow and Gerald in A WOMAN OF NO IMPORTANCE directed by Patrick Mason.

Abbey theatre credits include YOU NEVER CAN TELL directed by Conall Morrison, THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR directed by Jimmy Fay and BIRDY directed by Davey Kellegher.
