David Michael Scott

David has worked in television, theatre and film playing roles in HOME AND AWAY, WATER-RATS, ALL SAINTS, MURDER CALL and BREAKERS, and in a variety of films. His most recent stage work in Australia includes Michael in Frank McGuinness’ SOMEONE WHO’LL WATCH OVER ME, Jack in THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST and The Soldier in Sarah Kane’s BLASTED.

He moved to Ireland in 2004 and immediately played roles in FAIR CITY (RTÉ), IFTA award-winning and acclaimed medical drama THE CLINIC directed by Robert Quinn for Parallel Films, DAMAGE directed by Aisling Walsh (Subotica) and an appearance in award-winning costume drama series THE TUDORS created by Michael Hirst for Showtime. He was seen in the first season of critically acclaimed hit fantasy series GAME OF THRONES created by D.B. Weiss and George R.R. Martin for HBO and played Nils in period action/adventure series VIKINGS directed by Ken Girotti for the History Channel.

Theatre work in Ireland includes Cuchulain in Blue Raincoat Theatre Company’s production of AT THE HAWK’S WELL and most his most recent roles were Austin in Sam Shepard’s TRUE WEST and John in OLEANNA at the New Theatre.

David most recently appeared in romantic Sci-Fi thiller BRAND NEW-U written and directed by Simon Pummel for Hot Property Films.
