Katie Kirby

Theatre credits include playing the title role in LADY WINDERMERE’S FAN and leading roles in PRIVATE LIVES, GREAT EXPECTATIONS and THE GLASS MENAGERIE, all at the Gate Theatre. She appeared as Mary in THE SEAGULL by Henrik Ibsen, directed by Max Stafford-Clark at Culture Project, New York and played Marjorie in William Mastrosimone’s EXTREMITIES at the Mill Theatre in Dundrum. More recently, she played Bunty Mainwaring in Noël Coward’s youthful drama THE VORTEX directed by Annabelle Comyn at the Gate Theatre.

Katie’s film credits include the award winning short film JELLYBABY (Manifesto Films), WHAT DID YOU DO THAT FOR HELEN? (Dearg Films), THE HOTEL TRADE (Princess Pictures), POETIC LICENCE (Great Western Films), BOY EATS GIRL directed by Stephen Bradley (Element Films) and the role of Lisbeth in Marina De Van’s horror feature film DARK TOUCH (Element Pictures).

Television credits include appearing in two of Ireland’s most popular dramas, THE CLINIC directed by Lisa Mulcahy for Parallel and playing the part of Anna in RAW directed by David Caffrey for Octagon.
